General rules

The Principal rules for this family:

• You must follow the Rules of Nostale.
  
• You must be able to understand and speak English in the Family Chat.
  
• High level players are due to help low level players (cause all of us were once a newbie).
  
• No Racist Actions or Insult will be allowed.
  
• If you do PVP (Player Versus Player) in Arena, its your own personal issue not concern to the family.
  
• Do not talk bad about other families, Every Fam has their own good and bad stuffs.
  
• Family members will be a Minimum Level of 70+.
  
• In Frozen Crown, we're sided on Angels.

Our family chat is free for chat with all the family members, but please follow this rules:

• You can not use bad words or insult other ppl in the family chat. (first will be warned and then next dismisal)
  
• Use English language only.
  
• When it's busy in famchat (during LoD) don't spam:
  - Use partychat for party info.
  - Use general chat on FC/LoD all on the same map can read that.
  - Use whisper for private chats.

These Rules are here to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience in our family, please abide by them.
The head and deputys find this a rewarding thing to do for the family when everyone abides by the rules.

Persistant offending of one or more rules will result in getting kicked from the family.

Head & Deputies

• Making sure every family members doesn't break the Family Rules & so on.
  
• Calling family members to FC for raid & have some fun.
  
• Arranging LOD Parties via Forum.
  
• Keeping FOS'es drop in LOD.
  
• Stays active at all time or atleast drop by to check on Fam.
  
• Head can be switch with one of the Deputies every month.
  
• Post new information on Forum & stays ACTIVE on Forum aswell.
  
• Adding new family members.
  
• Handle complaints received from our Keepers & Family members.
  ( We're not here to solve your breakup issues or ganking. Family matters only, such as LOD.
  Reminder : Do not drag family into your PVP/ganking problems in Arena. )
  
• Having the ultimate authority upon all decision making in the Family. Such as Family remaking & etc.
  ( If you have problem with our decisions, let us know why with appropriate reasons. )

Keepers

• Calling family members to FC for raid & have some fun.
  
• Arrange LOD Parties via Forum. ( Incase Head/Deputies went M.I.A. )
  
• Keeping FOS'es drop in LOD. ( Same as above )
  
• Giving names of family members who break the rules or misbehave to Head/Deps. Must have SS proof.
  
• Make sure everyone is updated with new info & stays ACTIVE on forum.
  ( Head/Deps will post new information & might not have time to inform every fam members.
  This also include voting for new applicants & so on. )
  
• Adding new family members.
  
• Never take a Keeper's authority for granted. They only have minor authority on small matters, such as maintaining orders in the Family & try their best to resolve conflicts among members.
  
• A Keeper's title is never meant to be bragged about. Head/Deps have the authority to pick a new keeper if one of them went M.I.A. for too long or misbehaved.

Members

• Obeying the General Rules, Family Rules, Forum Rules & so on. Breaking any of these rules will result in a warning or kicked from Family.
  
• Giving suggestion to make our Forum a better place. ( Eg. You can make suggestion about new rules )
  
• Complain about our Keepers to the Head/Deps, if they mistreated you or break the rules.
  ( Must come with SS as proof. Or else we wont entertain you. )
  
• Same goes to the Family members who break the rules or misbehaved. You can send in their names & SS.
  
• Listen to Head/Deps/Keepers. Even if they're nagging all the time. We luvv you all
